Hyundai Ballito

I was sold a Hyundai Grand Creta car by the Hyundai Ballito Dealer on the 15th September 2022, with only 1 set of key given to me because apparently there was a shortage of microchips Globally. The agreement was that I was going to receive it within a week of sale. Weeks turned into months without the second set of keys forwarded to me.

This one set that was given to me, was lost on Sunday and the Hyundai Ballito is giving me the run around and not giving me the other set that I should rightfully have. I have been without my car for the 3rd day now since it's a keyless start car and does not start without the key.

The *********** Sales Representative (Sabien Naicker) and the arrogant, unprofessional and uneducated Sales Manager (Klinton Pillay) have been of no help, telling me one lie after the other and giving me false hope. They fail to see the impact this is having on my business or my family. I tried to escalate this to the equally non-responsive and arrogant Dealer Principal (Avi Singh) who has not bothered to respond to my missed calls, messages or email.

I need my car for work purposes and as a single parent I need to transport my children to school. It's day 2 of my children not going to school. I have not budgeted for Uber and people are too busy to assist.

My car has been uplifted by my insurer and the AA and is now stuck at the Hyundai Pinetown branch. I cannot take it because I do not have any keys. If my insurer replace this, I stand to loose my no claim bonus due soon.

I have had 6 months in total without this spare key. This is unacceptable and poor service. It has left such a bad taste in my mouth! I am stuck without any car!
