Be careful from hyundai ballito

Good day. My name is Hassan owner of HA ASSOCIATE im one of bid for cars auction membership. hyundai ballito did advertise one vehicle for the second time i did contract the sales manager mr. seelan reddy asked him if there is anything wrong with the vehicle he said nothing at all and the guy was winning the bid has no money so we did advertise again!!! **** i did ask him if there is anything wrong with the gearbox he said No so i bid and win the auction. was trusted his word as im doing with all the dealership. the comments for the vehicle on the auction was. 1- too much stone chips 2- aircon not working 3- scratch on sill.

when i went on Friday 5 of March i found out 1-boot lock doesn't open with the key. boot lock open after few times trying from the handle. 2-boot hydraulic arms both faulty doesn't hold the boot dor. 3- radio is not working 4- vibration after 60km 5- Gearbox was knock for each gear change. allows me for 100 meters in front of the building only. the sales manager told me nothing wrong with the gearbox all the old car changes gear like that. i ignored all the fault on the car and i told him i will take it to mechanic to make sure nothing wrong with the gearbox thats what important for me. Monday morning i went to mechanic did diagnostic and fount 3 Gearbox fault. i contact the sales manager again to inform him the vehicle has Gearbox fault i get mechanic report and he did not mention that and hiding the truth. i asked him if he did diagnostics for the vehicle he said no we did test drive only!!! im buying so many cars from all over south Africa Never experienc that from hyundai.

i spoke to sales manager to return the vehicle back from Monday i received one email jest now from bid for cars saying the sales manager give me test drive and im happy and i got the vehicle R5000 under book. so they are refusing to return the vehicle back. please advice thank you
