Upset Hyundai amanzimtoti customer

I am extremely upset firstly picked up my car on the 8th July 2025. I love my demo car and I believed I got a good deal. Firstly my sales person told me I could not see the inside of the car as the car keys not available I still trusted him and you know what I only saw the inside of car when I picked up. The mileage differed from what was sold but u know what I ignored it and the settings inside were abit diff from what was showed but still I ignored it. Love my car. Then I drove off and had to come back my boot does not close the sales person was able to close. I did mention to the sales person my boot still does not close I drive with the beeping noise from Toti to pinetown on most days and some days I find someone to close it so that it bangs and like so hard it’s crazy. But the sales guy said they will sort out when I come through to pick my plates. Wow I was still ok with that even though the noise is damn annoying. Then I advised my visor is loose as I take turns the visor moves out of place and hits my on the head and again wow the sales person says they will sort when I get to pick up my plates. So I said to sales person I will pick up my plates on 19th July 2025 and guess what his not there and the plates are hidden Apparently for safety. So if a sales person is not there no one can help at all. I was told I need to Call the sales person I should have made a time appointment. Yet the sales person never said after sales they only help with appointments. Before sales wowwwwww no appointments late nights early mornings anytime available. I still don’t have my plates or the boot or visor sorted. And absolutely no help from the team there they do not help if that sales person is not there at all. I went twice to the place on the 19th July 2025 and sales person said to wait 5 mins hahahaha. I missed an important event due to the 5 mins that took many more mins I went in spoke to the sales manager and he was also so lost and I left in tears as no one wanted to help me at all just telling me to calm down. After sales service is pathetic in amanzimtoti Hyundai. The used car manager does not get out his seat to assist or help wow then again they are managers I guess and second hand or demo cars are buyers are treated differently from new car buyers I think. Very upset and I want my plates and registration. Upset customer
