Dissatisfied service by far, Hyundai Amanzimtoti!

I bought a car December 2025 from the Hyundai Amanzimtoti dealership. I had a few concerns pertaining the deal. When I viewed the car before picking up there was a reverse camera on the day I was picking it up it was removed and I was told I need to pay to have it re-installed. The cash back I was promised prior to the deal being finalised was 15k but they sent me 5k and they **** saying the 10k was put towards the deal. They do not appreciate their clients. I really think they can learn a lot from Hyundai Hillcrest, such immaculate service they make every client feel like royalty in their dealership. Hyundai Amanzimtoti should work on their customer skills instead of working overtime covering each other’s tracks. Extremely appalled!
