Chalatan Sales man and manager!

I bought a car in 2021 and was told that the spare keys were with one of their drivers and would later be given to me. When I asked when would I get the keys, they kept promising they'd get them for me until they saw my persistence in asking for my rightful spare keys they told the truth and said they didn't have the spare keys. I was then promised they'd get me a new set of keys from the maker but that was just another way of keeping me calm.

In 2022 I still persisted and asked for the keys, the sales man, Isaac kept running around and about three times I had to drive appropriately 60 km one trip only to be **** to and made a fool. They said they would organise with another company and lias to get me the keys. I lowered my frustrations and believed that would helo, but no they still fooled around with me. When I spoke to the manager, Mike he seemed helplessness and indifferent to my situation, he was even rude. I had to ask for the principal dealer for assistance. He was kind enough to give me his business card and asked to kinfly give him a call and set a date based on my schedule he'll make a plan for me to get my spare keys, he even promised to oay for my trips worth of petrol. I am yet to see what transpires. My next move is litigation as I have exhausted all my other options, should this not bring about the solution.
