Poor service and disappointing lack of follow-up
I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from the dealership. I took my vehicle in for a service on 27 July 2026. After collecting the vehicle, I noticed a noise that was not present before the service. I raised the issue with the dealership and brought it to the attention of the branch manager. Unfortunately, despite raising the concern, I have not received any follow-up communication from the dealership regarding the matter. What is particularly disappointing is the lack of accountability and customer service. I expected the dealership to investigate the issue, provide feedback and ensure that my vehicle was properly taken care of. Instead, I have been left waiting without any meaningful communication. I chose to use a dealership because I expected a professional service and peace of mind. Unfortunately, this experience has been the opposite.

Best Hyundai branch in Gauteng: Hyundai Airport
Today I had my Hyundai serviced at Hyundai Airport. I wish to compliment the excellent service which I received from them, especially from Anton and Charl. They continue to deliver the best service in Gauteng. It is a pleasure to deal with them.

Today I had my Hyundai serviced at Hyundai Airport. I wish to compliment the excellent service which I received from them, especially from Anton and Charl. They continue to deliver the best service in Gauteng. It is a pleasure to deal with them.

Bad client service and a reap off
Visited this dealership to get my car sorted, and I waited for their used Vehicle manager for over an hour- being ignored as a client who is in distress is really crazy - this is the same dealership that sold me a car that drove for only 1 year and it seems they aren't even interested in helping me - see me buying a hyundai kill me - they really showed me how I do not matter as a client - I'm paying over 7k for a car that is currently at their dealership in benoni and I'm using taxis to work .. I would never recommend anyone to use hyundai Airport- you are good when they want a sale
