Avoid if thinking of hosting MC servers!
Hosted a modded Minecraft server with Hyperlayer since 30 Dept 2021, everything worked okish.
They had an issue with the server farm recently and had to reinstall my node, since then the mod pack suddenly does not work. Staff advised me to either change mod packs or cancel the service, so much for support.
Would not recommend at all. Have had numerous issues with their game hosting since 30th September 2021 (6 tickets to support had to be logged for numerous issues)

Yes, We had issues with our node which forced us to reinstall windows, restore backups and get everything back up and running.
Game server hosting is a semi-managed service it is up to you to make sure that your server is working, we cannot guarantee the workings of older modpacks as operating systems & java itself update which can cause compatibility issues.
Your particular modpack was tested on 3 different nodes all faulting the same error this is not a Hyper Layer issue but a modpack issue. both installing it via our modpack manager and manually.
Based on the 6 tickets that have been submitted you were assisted more than the scope of our free support offering, all your issues were tied to getting modpacks to work and not with the actual hardware or software Hyper Layer uses.
Thus you should have purchased the advanced support offering which is indicated clearly in our terms of service.
