The **** of hyper fiber /wifi

Hyper fiber has the worst service ever,I have been struggling to get my account activated for a week now meanwhile they said their turnaround time is 72 hours.they have not given me any feedback and it’s also very difficult to get hold of them and when I do get the say the logged an escalation and that I should wait for 72 hours.I feel like I have been ****med.when I ask for a refund the say it takes about to 14 days.I have already spend so much money trying to fix the matter
