Worst Service everrrr

Made a payment on the 01 July 2025 and my service was not reactivated as they could not find my payment POP in the form of a pdf was sent and many calls were made , called since Monday till today no re connection ,they say that it open serve that needs to do re connection till today no answer from open serve or Hypa
