Worst service ever

Worst service ever, very quick in letting you sign up but then no follow Ups been done had to make payment in front to secure installation, no but no follow up done from Hypa Fibre regarding installation date

Had to cancel it is now going for 2 months still struggling to get refund each time they want proof of bank account t and proof of payment still no luck

Please stay away from them they don't ha e any customer service at all and it is really frustrating it is a waste of time no good at all
