I app**** for the fibre services and they then requested an upfront payment so the agent advised that i can complete the application and hell send me a link to make payment and there after installation will be done and activation thereafter ... no problem I agreed to do the application and I then recieved the link for payment . However due to unforseen circumstances I was unable to proceed any further at the moment I had then advised the agent as soon as I'm able to take up the service I will make the payment and proceed further. Thereafter I was threatened by a sales agent that if i dont make payment I would be he called it "Blacklisted"

How do you blacklist someone who hasn't even recieved any installation let alone use the service???

I was spoken to very rudely and abruptly by the sales agent which is very unprofessional shall i say and I strongly advise that people choose any other provider other than HYPA😡😡😡
