WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE
I have been on hold for over 20 minutes without any assistance. This is extremely disappointing and unacceptable, especially when customers rely on your support team for urgent matters.
I am trying to resolve an important issue regarding my account, yet I am unable to get through to anyone for assistance. This level of service is very frustrating.. They never pick up the phone. And WhatsApp chat will redirect you to calling them.
