WiFi down

Our WiFi has been down for 2 days and yet we have paid. When you call their call centre they do not pick up for phone, they do not respond to emails. When you contact them via WhatsApp they keep on telling you the matter has been escalated! I work from home, I'm struggling now because the WiFi is down.
