unreliable creditor-hypa fiber

I had fiber with HYPA at first I was on debit order then payment went through on the 25th as I advice them I get paid on the 25th of each month, on the 1st of the following month I was cut off when I called them i was told that their billing runs on the 1st of every month I was suppose to choose debit order to go through on the 1st so I need to make another payment in order to use their service.

now I opted to pay as I go , then made payment on the 26/06/24 provide them with a proof of payment and they also issued and invoice that shows that payment was received but since then till today 25/07/24 they said my payment is not allocated. so its gone be a month with internet , then when I request for refund they said it will take another 14 days to get it .

please help us such service provides they are taking advantage of us.
