Unhappy with hypa vuma wifi

I app**** for hypa and paid on the 10 of june the agent Gontse told me for installation takes 2 to 5days till today am not attended. Even when i contact them they tell me i have a wifi or a router at home i don't know if they forged the application before bkos I've never had a wifi at home everyday they tell me they'll send someone ill br contacted they are ****ing me of my payment
