THE WORST SERVICE IVE EVER SEEN

THE WORST SERVICE IVE EVER RECEIVED!!! Ordered a Fibre Line and Paid R394 for it on the 29th of June 2024 and the charge posted 3rd July 2024. I am now being given the run around being informed that my payment is still being allocated to VUMATEL. The Customer Service Centre is no help at all!!!!!! I WANT MY REFUND ASAP!
