Terrible Service by HYPA

I have app**** for Fibre and service provider is HYPA powered by VOX, they are ISP, and the service provider is for Fibre Network is Vuma Reach. I checked network coverage, and their website confirmed service being available, I then app**** and made a payment for the service. Later, after I have paid, they told me there is network outage in the area. I requested refund that was on the 3rd of August 2024, refund logged for me and was told to wait 14 business days. Today it's the 16th business day my refund not processed, Then I'm told the refund will be processed by Pay Fast they will contact me via email. How can you deal with so many service providers when you require service from one point, when you faced with issues, they send you from pillar to post as if you are owing them.
