Still waiting for fibre

Hi hellopeter my name is Patrick nzimakwe I have Registered for a wifi with hypa fiber I have been waiting for it for 2 months the who was helping did everything right her service where excellent but when I was supposed to get installation they could not now the lady who was helping me started everything down now I must wait again
