Service pathetic

Hi my name is Renay Gouws and I reside at 38 Libra street Ennerdale extension 1.I placed a order with HYPA fiber for the R299 package I spoke to one of the agents Mpo that assisted me and I was told to make a payment of R350 that was paid by Shoprite Ennerdale on the 29/06/23.I sent and I made contact again to make them aware of my payment and I was told within 72hours the fiber line will be activated and I can then use it .Today after being sent from pilar to post the 12 /07 /23 and I am still not connected. I am really not impressed with the appalling service from HYPA fiber I think they need to learn from Telkom how to give customers proper service please I need to cancel this service and I need to be reimbursed my full amount that was paid .My contact ***.Yours faithfully Renay Gouws
