Requesting refund from HYPA

I payed for wifi to be installed in 27 August 2024. They scheduled time and day to install they came late where else they should have been at my place at 14h00 and they came 18h00. I received username and password while I they didn't install anything. I waited till the end of September. I told the sales rep I want refund because I've been waiting for installation. He gave me their email address and watsapp number. I did sent an email and got feedback but after that 14 days my refund is nowhere to be paid. I tried to contact them with watsapp they communicated with me but after 14 days again no refund. I'm tired doing runaround with HYPA I want my refund. Their service is very poor.
