Refund

Hypa Fibre is really a ****. They requested that I do payment upfront without being sure that my area is covered. After 13 days when installation turnaround time was due, they told me that my area is not covered, only after I pushed them to speed up the process. On the 15th of February I have sent them a refund request and still no feedback. I will never recommend anyone to opt out their services.
