Refund claim

They don't treat customers with respect I have 6 months calling them to change my subscription from debit to cash but they are failing yet evry month they debit money from my bank account for the wifi that I don't use when I call their customer service Abigail told me there financial services team is on it while they are lying they never put any effort on my case I have 3 full months requesting my refund even today I haven't got my money yet evry month they debit my money
