Refund bull****!

Horrible customer service they put the phone down in your face, the WhatsApp they just end the chat. And the refund process is the worse I tried installing a second line to my property but there was no space available on the box and vuma team told me to request a refund cause there's nothing they can do but now hypa is telling me they have to investigate why I want a request and why the line can't be installed bull****
