Refund

My connection was offline for the whole day and Hypa's agent told me it's due to none payment on the 8 of July whereas it was due on the 16 of every month, I paid the R400 she told me to pay. Only to find out that my cable was eaten by rats and they told me to pay R700 for them to fix it! Now I'm battling to get my refund for the advance I paid due to a stupid agent who didn't know how to do her job. Their service is just utter nonsense!
