Poor Support and Weak signal from Vuma Hyper

I’m extremely disappointed with the service I’ve received from Vuma Hyper. My Wi-Fi has been down, and despite reaching out for assistance through the WhatsApp support line, I’m not getting any help or clear answers. The last agent I spoke to simply stopped responding and left me waiting without any explanation.

I pay for this Wi-Fi service expecting it to work properly, so it’s very frustrating to be left without service and without proper support. I really hope this issue can be addressed because the lack of communication and assistance has been extremely disappointing.
