Poor service from HYPA

I am not happy with HYPA services,I have app**** for WI-FI Unlimited. I was informed that I must pay first and I did so.its been a week now no one contacted me and to reschedule installation. I phone sales department to complain and I was informed that Wi-Fi is active without being install and without being contacted. Its been more than 7 days now
