Poor service delivery

Had WiFi installed by Openserve/ Hypa n December 2023. All went well with one month free package until the money was paid in January 2024. R350 being R50 for initial installation and R299 monthly subscription, however it was never finalised and they failed to activate after taking the money. Numerous calls and WhatsApp messages no refund after cancellation. All I get is promises and no action.
