Poor service

Good evening i am really not happy about the service that Hypa support group is rendering. This is the second month now, paying for their service ( wi fi) and does not work ar alll. It is like i am putting my money on the drain. Last time i tried to cancel it and one of the consultants called me and beg me to take it again. I paid again this month when i called them they promise to send a technician till today i never used tjeir service but they took my money. What can i do on a situation like that please advise Thanking you in advance Sindiswa Ndlela
