Poor service at HYPA/ seeking alternative service provider

Misallocations on accounts are terrible and the arrogance of their personnel is appalling. I had and overpayment which was never credited to my account and I had to fight to get it back on the account. Again in June 17th I made 2xpymts to cover 2 months. When they allocated, my pymt was receipted for the 16th June and queried on why they backdated my payment and got no response. My service was suspended early hours of the 16th and took issue with them and never got a response. Their coverage is also poor, we constantly have disrupted service. Can someone pls advise if there is another service provider I can use?
