PAYMENT DONE BUT NO SERVICES

Hi everyone. I share the very same experience with HYPA. I have paid 399 for my wifi package on the 1st April 2024, but till today it hasn't been activated. Tried all means of communication with them but no feedback. Payfast has sent me emails to confirm my payment but nothing has Been done.. It's so frustrating as I work at home, my children also reply on the wifi for homeworks.

It's like I'm talking alone nobody cares on their side.. I know thru can see my number when I call they no longer picking up. This is not the way you treat your customers. I have paid for your services and I expect you to deliver and if there's a problem the atleast you could do is to communication with us instead of avoiding us😡😡💔
