PATHETIC SERVICE
What a pathetic service i got from Hypa employees telephonically and via watsapp.I made a payment Tuesday but till date i still have no data ,i am the one who makes follow up and i still get same response that my query has been escalated to vumatel but she i called vumatel i was told they did not get my query they tried searching using my hypa account and cellphone number they did not get nay escalated query.It has been 4 days without connection yet i have sent the proof of payment.

24 Aug 2024, 12:35What a worst provider ever,i have just spoken with an agent by the name of Bianca making a follow up regarding my query as i still don't have connection the agent terminated the call while i was still talking to her.When i asked what the reference i need to provide to vumatel she said there's no reference the only thing i must do is to call them to make a follow up IMAGINE I'm the one who must make follow ups instead of keeping me in the loop as their client........I regret signing up with hypa their service is poor.please recommend a better fiber provider
