Pathetic service

I have not been able to access internet since yesterday night, logged 3 tickets with Hypa fibre to attend to my query, still no action. When I called for them to pro rata my invoice since I'm disconnected and no one is responding by they closing tickets. I have never experienced any issues with them resolving tickets by now they've dropped the ball and no sense of urgency to customers.
