Pathetic service

I have been treated so very bad by this company. I trusted them with my money and hoping il get best service from them, but it's even worse than I thought.

The agent Tshepo told me il be connected within 72 hours after payment. It's more than 15days to date still not connected. I lost business also lost lot of cash buying data everyday because of them. I spoke to Tshepo, Letiticia, Lesedi and more still am not assisted. They dnt even bother to call me back and explain. Pathetic service I ever experienced in my entire life.
