paid but no installation

I paid to get the installation done on the 31st of July 2024. After nothing had happened, I frequently phoned to follow up. There was no progress and eventually one of their agent said that they were not installing in our area. I asked how they took the money knowing well they are not installing in my area. I requested a refund and cancelled but I still have not got my money back. It feels like I was ****med.
