Not treat ok

This is not fair really this product was sold to me I paid Monday the 17th and I am told that my payment will reflect after 48hr but I am still waiting , I even went to the store to ask and was advised that once they give me a receipt the payment goes straight to you company/account tis is not fair really it's going to 4 days now.
