No SERVICE

i have app**** for this service in March 2024 and made payment 24 March 2024. 13 May 2024 i still have not received any service and requested a refund of my money paid. I was told it would take 14 days for me to get my money back. today 04 June 2024 i am still waiting, i keep on phoning them each day and am given the same story that it is in process.
