No internet connection

I took a risk to join and Vumatel and l definitely regret it. At least Vumatel tried to help me with my situation but I can’t say the same for Hypa. Ever since l got their fibre installed it has never had an internet connection even once and it was installed more than a month ago, i have tried calling, emailing, whatsapp, but no help. I just want my money back at this point.
