Need help with hypa

I had problem last year October my husband lost his job was unable to pay my hypa open saver called them let them know they promised to disconnect and will reconnect when I make payment,that's was our agreement,but they never did from October if they checked record I send them what's apps and every time they call will advice what was supposed to happen and every one promised they will disconnect that day but they never did now the bill is too high ,my husband got I job for three months now problem it doesn't allow me to pay little by little until I cover my debt as its increasing.i don't dispute to pay my issue is that they put me in a situation that it's beyond me ,and no one seems to help me .
