MY REFUND HYPA WIFI

I would like to share my disappointment with HYPA FAST UNLIMITED WIFI, they are the worst company when it comes to delivery on service. I paid R399 last year on the 23rd of October 2024 and I was promised a call for installation, and no one called me. I enquired on a refund and was informed that I need to send an email with the proof of payment and my account details then the payment will take 14 working days, which I sent on 7th of November 2024 and to date, 22nd of January 2025, I have not received any response regarding my payment. I WANT MY MONEY BACK SINCE THERE WAS NO DELIVERY OF SERVICE AND I WILL NEVER EVER REFER ANYONE TO YOU, YOU ARE ONE OF THE WORST COMPANIES TO WORK WITH.
