Mediocre, customer service zero to none

I Nomsa Magadla signed up on the 29July23, been following up with them for 3weeks no installation no communication no feedback each time I follow up they say someone will call me until they told me that they could not come due to protests. I wrote to them to cancel on 21Aug, 22nd they called to arrange for installation, 23rd they came to install, 24Aug23 they say that Vuma won't activate my line because I canceled and they're waiting for refund approval which can take up to 14days. So they expect me to wait for 2months for activation after they cane to install. I can't believe the incompetence and disregard I've had to endure. Today I'm starting a new shift, I could have arranged with another SP had they communicated timeously and sorted myself out now I have to buy data and Hotspot kids for their schoolwork for the whole month again this month. All of that is not considered what I have to go through and frankly they don't care. Today it's the 24Aug23 I'm sitting with a router I can't use yet my refund is not finalized.
