Internet disconnected

My internet connection from Hypa has stopped working, I think on the 31st of May, then I contacted them on the 1st of June, nothing happened after that, I contacted them again on the 4th of June still no response, I also send them an email still nothing till today and no feedback from them, kindly assist🙏🏻
