Pathetic and ***********.. I had to pay and then they tell me my area is not covered but take my money and now going back and forth for 29 days trying to get a refund that according to their policy takes 14 days. I been messaging and calling everyday since my 14 days as passed and all the ffed back I get is that it's been escalated. I checked my profile and the escalation ticket was made on the 31/01/23 and that's the last update on there and no action is being done regarding my refund as well
