I'm not happy with the service provided by hypa fibre and openserve

This company has poor service I have paid them to come and install internet fibre from them. They working with this campany called openserve first they put in wrong information eg name and address and phone number they tell you to wait 14 days after that no one contacts you their installers dont come when you call their support everyone is giving you different information. Both hypa and openserve also gives u the run around.after the tell you we going to contact open serve to send you an installer and after that they tell you to wait for another 14 days for installation I'm so fad up with them I'm thinking of getting back my refund but people are complaining that most of them can't even get their refund.this company's should be investigated for ***** if you,thinking of getting services from this company hypa fibre and openserve pls don't they are *****ster
