I WANT MY REFUND FOR 399

I was dealing with an agent called Sihle Makhanye.i sent him details for my refund and he keeps on giving excuses until this morning i reminded about it and he was very rude to me .please if you are there as a company kindly employ good agents with best qualities ti assist clients.for your own information he blocked me because i asked for my money.he shouted at me and then blocked my contact please kindly attend this with immediate effect i want my 399 please .your whatsapp chats are very poor you dont really sent real.people to chat with us.
