I WANT MY REFUND

its been 2 months now since I've paid and they never came to install,I've asked for the refund they said I should send a proof of payment that the agent told me I can pay online, online payments can't provide single proof of payment so I sent my statement they keep on telling me one thing and it's frustrating I'm really not happy and i want my money!!!
