I ordered fibre installation @ my home on 3/09/24

I ordered fibre installation @ my home on 3/09/24. It took about 3 weeks to confirm my address and a week later (26/9) I started enquiring on when the installation could be done. They rep**** and said within 7-14 days. On 16/10/24 I asked again. They sent 2x automated replies to confirm receipt of my query. Today is another 10 days later and yet no confirmative reply has been sent. My ref no is HYPA358672
