**** Hyper Fibre

Hyper Fibre and their service provider that is Metro Fibre have bad service, at first they request payment upfront. I have paid on the 1st of February for February month and expected to pay on the 1st of March. Automatically I am paying for a full month service but will be getting half month services. I buy data every day for my studies and have brought this matter to their attention but still not getting any positive feedback. It feels more like a **** because they don't disclose the waiting period during point of sales and wait for paymentso that they can give you the runaround after they have received payment. I have suffered a financial loss as a client but still they do not take me into consideration. I will never recommend anyone to opt for Hyper Fibre services.
