Hypa was wronged

I recentlu complained about there being no connection due to an outage. After Hype escalated the matter to vuma, a technician was sent to resolve the issue. Turns out the guy who did the installation disconnected me for not giving him cash in hand. The was nothing wrong on Hypas end and the connection is seamless. I am extremely pleased with their service and I'm most definitely keeping them.
