HYPA IS THE WORST

I requested the services of Hypa, they said they will install wifi in 14 days, I waited an entire month and everytime I enquire with them I was told my address is registered on someone else's name or they have a different address on their system for me. I finally gave up after 6 weeks and requested a refund and I still have not received my refund.. It's been 6 weeks now since I requested a refund. I've tried several times to contact them and they are dismissive. This is the worst kind of unprofessional is I've ever come across and I would strongly suggest people to check reviews before requesting services from this company, I regret ever dealing with them.
