hypa I want my money

hyper(which uses vuma) gave me the wrong reference number which belonged to a different person to pay for my Wi-Fi subscription then later refused to switch on my Wi-Fi saying I must pay I again and they will refund what I had paid already this happened last year December (2024)each time I ask about my money I am told they are busy processing it so that takes 8 months to process? Something that they did in error. I want my money!!
